The WSQ-Operate Forklift (With Class 3 License) course aims to provide people already working or wishing to enter the generic manufacturing industry with the skills and knowledge required to operate forklift.
This course is valid only for individuals who holds a valid driving license from Singapore (Class 3 License) or Malaysia (Class D License). It consists of a 1 day theory lesson and 2 days practical session. Theory assessment will be conducted at the end of the theory lesson, while the practical assessment will be conducted on day 2 of the practical session.
The practical assessment is based on a running circuit with various sections to test the competencies of the forklift operator. Individuals are to bring their valid driving license on the day of the practical sessions.

The WSQ-Operate Forklift (With Class 3 License) course aims to provide trainee who has obtained Republic of Singapore Class 3 or 3A Driving License, or Malaysia Lesen Memandu Class D or DA Driving License, to learn skills and knowledge required to operate the forklift.
Assumed Skills & Knowledge:
- Learners must be above 18 years of age and are assumed to:
- be able to interpret work instructions and technical information;
- be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 3;
- be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 3; and
- be able to process numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 3
